1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of HostSave and the services we provide, including domain registration, web hosting, VPS, and related products. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, do not use our services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access by opening a support ticket.

You must be able to form a binding contract to use HostSave. We do not require government identification to register (no KYC).

3. Payments, wallet, and billing

Prices are shown in US dollars. Balances and charges are recorded in whole cents. You may fund a prepaid wallet and pay for services from that balance, or pay directly with supported cryptocurrencies.

Domain registrations and renewals are billed for the full term at the time of purchase. Cryptocurrency payments are final once confirmed on the relevant network.

4. Domain registration

Domain registrations are subject to the policies of the relevant registry and ICANN, including their dispute-resolution policies. You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information and for renewing your domains on time.

We are not responsible for a domain that expires because a renewal was not completed and funded before the deadline.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use our services to host or distribute unlawful content, to send spam, to attack or disrupt other networks, or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate services that violate this policy or applicable law.

6. Service levels and support

We target a 99.99% uptime for our infrastructure and provide human support around the clock through tickets. Scheduled maintenance may occasionally be required and we will give reasonable notice where possible.

7. Refunds

Eligible hosting plans may qualify for our 30-day money-back guarantee. Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers are non-refundable once submitted to the registry because those fees are paid to third parties.

To request a refund, open a support ticket and our team will review your eligibility.

8. Limitation of liability

Services are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostSave is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding month.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violations of these terms, or to comply with the law. You may cancel your services at any time from your dashboard or by opening a support ticket.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
